We are a diverse congregation that welcomes all to the fellowship. We strive to witness to the love of Jesus Christ by serving the community of which we are part and the world in which we live. We are located in downtown Youngstown, Ohio on the corner of Wick Avenue and Wood Street on the edge of the Youngstown State University campus. We have been a presence in the city of Youngstown since 1799!

- Kid’s Grieve Too – they work with children who have experienced loss.
- Foster Grandparents – they work with the Youngstown public school system.
- Scouts BSA Troop 55 and Cub Scout Pack 55 – chartered by our congregation, this is an active troop focused on building character and providing service to the community.
- Tai Chi – classes weekly during different times of the year.
- Lunch time learning – “educational series that features great topics and respected speakers who can help you build skills to work smarter, advance your career and build your firm’s business.”
- Book Club – for the love of reading and sharing what is read.
- Protestant Family Services – an outreach to assist families in need uses our building during the year.
- Midlothian Free Health Clinic- Providing a holistic approach to health care for the most under-served in our community, they offer health care, and counseling.
- Penguin Physical Therapy- YSU Physical Therapy department provides physical therapy services for seniors.
- Ohio Living Vivo Center- Now housed in our building and among other things provides a monthly Health and Wellness check up.
- Home for Good – works with returning citizens as they assimilate back into the community and work force.
- National Alliance on Mental Illness - NAMI Mahoning Valley is a grassroots organization made up of mostly volunteers and is the local affiliate of the national organization NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Their mission is to offer support, advocacy and education to the residents of Mahoning Valley, to their families and friends. They offer educational courses and support groups to persons with mental illness and their families as well as providing social activities in the community such as picnics and Christmas parties.
- Family and Community Services and RSVP/American Corp. Seniors – works with veterans in providing guidance and services.
- We are part of Wick Neighbors, the Mahoning Valley Association of Churches and the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance.
